What we do
ASK Flooring Solutions Inc. is an independent flooring inspection and quality assurance company. We investigate failing floors, survey substrates before installation, perform concrete moisture testing, and document installations while the work is happening so that what went down is recorded accurately and warranty compliant. When a floor is failing, we establish why and put it in writing with photographs, test data, and a written report you can hand to an owner, a contractor, or a flooring manufacturer.
Who we work for
Our clients are building owners and property managers, general contractors, flooring retailers and installation crews, and the manufacturers and warranty providers standing behind the product. Most work falls into three groups: a new floor already showing problems such as cupping, lifting, telegraphing, or bond failure; a project that needs substrate and moisture conditions verified before flooring is installed; and a contractor who wants quality assurance documentation carried through the life of an installation.
Who runs it
ASK Flooring Solutions is run by a certified flooring installer and certified flooring inspector with more than 25 years in the trade, including 15 years owning a retail flooring business and 9 years running a national flooring services company, both sold in 2019. Accreditations include Certified Flooring Inspector University and the National Floor Covering Association, along with certification as a Moisture Testing Technician. That background means inspections are done by someone who has installed the floors being inspected, not just read about them.
