Inspection Request

1. Inspection Scope: I understand that the inspector will observe, measure, review specifications, and provide comments on causes based on available evidence. The inspector may provide advice on corrective actions but will not recommend specific flooring products or provide price estimates.

2. Fees & Payment: I agree to pay the inspection fee as quoted. A 50% deposit is required once the inspection date is confirmed. The commissioning party who requests and pays for the inspection will receive the report and can choose to share it or not.

3. Report Distribution: I acknowledge that as the commissioning party, I will receive the inspection report and have the right to share or withhold it at my discretion. The inspector's job is to diagnose the issue, not to advocate for any party.

4. Late or No-Show Policy: I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late or fail to provide access to the inspection site at the scheduled time, I may be charged a trip fee and will need to reschedule. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

5. Kids and Pets Policy: I understand that for safety and efficiency reasons, all children and pets must be secured or removed from the inspection area during the inspection process. The inspector reserves the right to reschedule if this requirement cannot be met.

6. Professional Conduct Policy: I agree to maintain professional and respectful communication at all times. Any abusive language, threatening behavior, or disrespectful conduct toward the inspector will result in immediate termination of the inspection without refund.
